I was really happy with how quickly Apollo Pay processed and disbursed my loan.
Everything seemed smooth at first. However, things got frustrating after repayment. I made my EMI payment before the due date through UPI, but the very next day, an e-mandate was triggered, and the same amount was deducted again as a third EMI.
After that, I got a call from Apollo Pay about foreclosing the loan and upgrading my credit limit, which sounded great. But now, the app is asking me to make another payment, and I can't seem to reach their customer support for help. This has been a very frustrating experience.

Being a small-scale businessperson, I am well aware of the unexpected challenges that can arise.
During a time when I urgently needed funds, I turned to Apollo Pay for a loan. I have had generally positive experiences with Apollo Pay. Their user-friendly app provides a convenient and efficient way to access financial support when needed.
